In the first quarter of 2025, the top photography apps in the Dominican Republic demonstrated varied performance trends across downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Galleryit - Photo Vault, Album saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 6.8K and closing at around 6.2K. Its weekly active users rose steadily from 39.8K to 45.8K by the end of March.

Google Photos maintained a consistent weekly download rate, averaging around 7K to 9K. The app's weekly active users hovered between 1.8M and 2M, with a notable increase towards the end of the quarter. Revenue peaked at $12.4K in late February, showing a strong upward trend.

X PhotoKit experienced a significant surge in downloads mid-quarter, reaching 9K in late January, before settling to around 4.5K. Active users increased from 8.5K to 14.7K over the quarter.

Beauty Camera, Selfie Editor had a sharp rise in downloads, hitting a peak of 16.3K in early March, with active users growing from 1.4K to 5.7K by quarter's end.
